Live Support
EmbedOne Live Support is available through number of Internet Relay Chat (IRC) channels. IRC is a form of realtime Internet chat. It is mainly designed for group communication in discussion forums called channels, but also allows one-to-one communication via private message. On IRC you can talk to many other members using EmbedOne software, on topics ranging from idle chit-chat to troubleshooting issues. Though a channel might have many people in it at any one time, they might not always be at their keyboard; so if no-one responds, just wait around and someone will hopefully answer soon enough.
How to get started?
If you are new to IRC, please find and install IRC client to your computer. Once you have everything ready, join one of the EmbedOne IRC channels listed below.
You can also use web based IRC client to connect to our IRC channels.
